Gillespie Precast delivered critical precast infrastructure for the Topgolf Baltimore project. The site sits at the intersection of Stockholm and Warner Streets, overlooking the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River, and next to Horseshoe Casino Baltimore and M&T Bank Stadium. Guided by our values of precision, integrity, and reliability, we installed 315 linear feet of box culverts that curved underground. These culverts now direct stormwater runoff safely to the Patapsco river.

Our expertise in precast infrastructure ensured every culvert segment met exact specifications. Each piece fit together seamlessly and created a system built for strength, durability, and long-term performance. Topgolf Baltimore features a first-of-its-kind skylit central atrium in its design. Gillespie Precast’s contribution supported this vision by providing the underground infrastructure required to make the project possible.
