The Gillespie Thinking in the Box solution to pre-piped water meter employs Value Engineering methods. Each vault is carefully planned and meticulously test fitted even before the installation of your water meter vault. The result? Less chance for hold-ups during site installation due to bad weather, sizing errors, missing or incorrect parts. The vault with its access door creates an optimal working environment and eases future testing, calibration, and maintenance of components.

We make sure the right meter regulations are complied with, that all the parts fit correctly and the proper torque is applied. All the work is done inside in a controlled atmosphere that insures that the work is done correctly with expert supervision.
Installation is simple and only requires that the hole be large enough to accommodate the vault and any by-pass piping. Simply connect to the inlet and outlet pipe stubs and you are done.
We are Maryland and Delaware D.O.T. certified to produce precast structures for the last 30 years and have also met the requirements of the National Precast Association Plant Certification Quality Control Program.
