Our team drives that legacy forward, and we are proud to place the spotlight on Jeff Greer. Jeff joins us as a Regional Sales Manager for North Carolina, bringing experience, energy, and a proven track record of success.

With 25 years of construction materials sales experience, Jeff delivers deep industry knowledge and a results-driven approach to every customer relationship. He understands how to build trust, identify solutions, and create value for our partners—making him a strong addition to our sales team and a key resource for our customers.

Outside the office, Jeff channels the same dedication into his passions and community involvement. He backpacks along the Appalachian Trail, competes in BBQ cookoffs, and enjoys cooking for others. His competitive success speaks for itself, with multiple 1st-place wins in Chicken and Ribs, numerous 2nd- and 3rd-place finishes in Pork, Chicken, and Ribs, two People’s Choice Championships in Ribs and Pork, one Reserve Grand Champion, and one Grand Champion title.

Jeff also gives back through his church, supporting regional construction mission teams and serving others through hands-on leadership. He is married and the proud father of 22-year-old twins.
